Vie La France

Continuing in the tradition of showcasing things french that we cannot have ( except for on the screen), I present the Citroen C4 Crossair ( above ) and the Peugeot 4008 ( below). If they look mildly familiar to you, it is because they are basically rebadged ( and heavily re-worked) versions of Mitsubishi’s Outlander. But, the cool quotient has been seriously advanced. Which leads one to the question – that is asked time and time again, why does Europe get all the cool stuff? Then again, things always look greener on the other side of the…pond. The Citroen goes for their 21st Century gallic tech-y look – at once startling and fresh, while the Peugeot gets slick and international. Personally, both are an improvement over the Outlander, but I think I prefer the subtlety of the Peugeot. Which do you like better?  And in a hat tip to our esteemed commentator Pickles, we present Francois Sagat, another french beauty, to remind us of all things french we cannot have.

We are denied too much FRENCH. I want more French cars (guard your young if I ever find an orange, huge sunroofed R5 in decent condition..) and I definitely cannot get enough of that super mec, Francois… big time merci, sir.
